True beauty

I've been observing human behavior for several years now. And, while doing so, I noticed some very curious patterns.
I'll talk about one that's been on my mind today: Beauty reckoning.

The concept of beauty isn't really easy to grasp.

There's what I call outer beauty, which is defined by a person's features, such as face, height, weight, build, measurements, and the accurate balance between these and some other factors. All those can be perceived by glance, so it's not really hard to understand.

There's also an inner beauty, which is defined by the personality, and that's where things get confusing, since there are as many variations as there are tastes.

It's important to tell that both inner and outer beauty are needed so a person can be truly
beautiful. If someone's pretty on the outside, but the inside's rotten, they're not really that good. And if someone's nice inside but their outside isn't, well, they just don't get your attention fast enough.

But the interesting part of all this is: The beautiful people usually don't think they're beautiful.
It's quite easy to observe, and a very common phenomenon. You see this really gorgeous person walking down the street, you talk to them for a while, and then you notice that they have no idea of how good they look, and how nice of a person they are.

True beauty is invisible for those who bear it.
